Excellent service from Cornelio the plumber and Danni (spelling) in the office. Cornelio was on time, didn't rush, and did excellent work fixing a leak. For a minute there, I forgot I was in Santa Fe :-).
After each visit, I got a call from the front office, asking me if everything was all right. I am very pleased with the level of customer service, as well as the quality of work. I highly recommend Comfort Doctor.

Had a small plumbing job. They had to reschedule, but they were very professional and accommodating. The technician was on time, worked hard the whole time, and solved an unexpected problem. Charged a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended.
My problem was that my toilets were backing up. My septic company cleaned out the lines, but told me that I needed to contact a company that would replace or repair the lines. Comfort Doctor came and videoed my lines, showing me all the problems. They were extremely professional and not pushy. They told me what I needed to do and provided me with a bid. In the course of that work, they discovered a gas leak on a line that was outside my house. They came back the next week and fixed that. Again, they were very professional and completed the job to my satisfaction. What I particularly liked was the way the technician communicated, explaining everything in detail, but not using overly technical language.
