Tracy is always a delight and Mike is the consummate professional. We would recommend this location to any of our customers and we rent from them at every opportunity.
Super efficient woman who helped me pick up the trailer, reviewed the chain wrap for safety, and answered all of my questions. This is is on par with other u-haul "'fastest trailer pickup" places and their standard is high overall so I would definitely choose this dealer (if there even are other choices) even though (I think this is the location further from town) it is a little further out on Cerrillos Road. That is, another dealer popped up but due to lots going on with infrastructure I think this location is a little less congested and has option two lanes and turning lane so even if road is blocked, one can get through.
I work in the film business. I've used Mike and Tracy several times. Always a good experience. Totally bailed me out of a difficult situation on a shoot one time. Very happy they are there.
The furniture pads I paid for were not in the truck when I left the lot. I had a lot on my mind worrying about driving such a big truck and worrying about a move that was not going well. I had to send someone I was paying to help me move to get them. Later when I asked for a credit of any kind, Mike said, NOPE, CAN'T DO THAT IT WAS MY FAULT AND MY PROBLEM.
