The first tow company I called said it would be at least 90 minutes before they could get to me, by then it would be dark :/ This all happened at 7PM on a Sunday night.

He was very careful in loading my car onto the tow truck. It has relatively low clearance, but he made sure it didn't get scraped or scuffed. He transported my car to the repair shop and unloaded it.
