Barks & Bubbles does a wonderful job on my Briard, Annabelle. This breed is a large dog, bigger than a Lab, and she has hair about 23 inches long. That's not an easy coat to groom. I'm pleased with the job Barks & Bubbles does and recommend them.
THE WORST, SELF SERVE DOG WASH, WHO KNOWS WHEN THE LAST TIME THE TUBE WAS CLEANED, PRICE IS 25.00 A HALF HOUR NOT WHAT THEY SAY, DEPENDING ON THE DOG. THE OWNER IS THE WORST HUMAN, CALLS YOUR PET AND BEST FRIEND A IT, VERY TELLING, ONLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY, WILL TELL YOU ONE THING BEFORE YOU START ANOTHER WHEN YOU ARE NOT YET FINSHED, WANTING MORE MONEY. DO BRING YOUR OWN SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER, THEIRS ISNT WORTH USING, NOT THAT THEY HAVE CONDITIONER. MOST PLACES GIVE YOU A CHOICE DEPENDING ON YOUR DOG AND TYPE OF HAIR, SKIN, ECT, NOT HERE. TOWELS, OLD WORE OUT GRAY, AND DIRTY. HE SHOULD HAVE TO TAKE A BATH THERE, MAYBE HE WOULD CLEAN IT UP, NOT!!!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!
I called Sherry in desperate need of an appointment for my dog Buddy who will be going through surgery for oral malignant melanoma. I wanted him to look and feel like a champion as he begins this fight for his life. Sherry was kind and accommodating to me as a first time customer. She was empathetic and sympathetic. I am so glad a stranger walking his dogs recommended B&B to me.
Over-priced for the quality (or lack thereof). You can get the same end result by going to PetSmart. If you want to pay extra in order to have your pet roam through the grooming area, that's your choice. The owner was rude and called to say that we needed to take our dog to the vet due to hematoma, however, my dog had been to the vet 3 days prior and had no health issues. Obviously, several if the 5 star reviews were cherry-picked in order to provide an impressive average.
