Our waitress is incredibly attentive to the cute guys at the table next to us. she has forgotten the extra ice i asked for (10 minutes ago), our appetizer took what seemed like forever to come out, and once it did come out, the blue cheese we ordered with our wings arrived 15 minutes later. The food was cold by then. Definitely getting the manager involved...
No hostess at stand. Soup was like warm. Salads out before entrees and no silverware. Server did give us the heads up that happy hour was soon so waited to put drinks in system. Even after saying they were put in it took about 10 mins to get them and I watched them at the drink station. No asking for a drink runner and the the manager walked by them 3 times. The server seemed nice but distracted and trust me as an Applebee's ex server it was not busy at all. On a good not the entrees were decent.
They redeemed themselves! About 3 years ago I had a luncheon a week before my wedding for all the ladies in my party, it was horrible food sucked service was even worse and I hadn't been back since and swore I wouldn't return. Had it not been for the small selection of late night places here to eat I wouldn't have but I can say I'm very glad we returned! Service was awesome server by the name Shelby was quick and very nice food was great I love the menu changes!!! I hope you keep it up applebees
We went to an early dinner on Veterans' Day because my husband received a free meal on this day. The food at Applebees is always so good, and this busy night was no exception! Our server was quite attentive, and we made it before the crowd! Applebees is always busy!
Really nice place. :) Very great service. I got the Strawberry Sparkler... and it was sweet and tart all at once. I also got handbreaded fish and chips. :)
