I cannot begin to describe this restaurant. The food is beyond excellent and so is the service. Prices are great as well.
A 27 year old James Beard rising star nominated chef. The steak. Get the steak. The wine choices are very good. Salads were okay. Desert was fine but not special. The suveed shrimp SAS bland. Fish was good. Steak was amazing. Salad was better at four seasons. Young chef Hopefully will continue to develop. Oh they grow most of their own vegetables
We love this restaurant! We recently moved into the neighborhood and am so glad it's here. Chef Colin Shane is masterful! The greens, herbs and edible flowers come straight from their extensive garden next door. Can't get any fresher than that! I'm vegan and there are very inventive and extraordinary options for me. We've introduced this restaurant to numerous friends who are carnivores and they are blown away by their dishes. Everything is top-notch from the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by David, Brian or Sara to the outstanding attention to detail by Jonathan, Julian and Reggie, and the others whose names we do not know.
Our halibut was first class- best we'd ever had! It was cooked to perfection with a sauce that not only consisted of porcini mushrooms and sweet corn dashi but other chef selected ingredients from their own garden...it was mouthwatering! Check it out..I doubt you would be disappointed with any of their unique offerings.
If only we could eat here every night. The best of the best in NM.
