The food was good. They got my order wrong, I ordered a wrap and was given a sandwich, which they fixed. The ladies restroom has no doors on the stalls and the stalls aren't long enough for privacy! We aren't in grade school, so we need privacy! Then there was a dog in the Restraunt and it was not a service dog! That's gross!
I wish there was a lower rating because I feel a 1 is too high, rude employees on the drive through, after calling to voice my discontent I spoke to a manager who's attitude echoed my visit. She couldn't have been less concerned of my situation. Arbys makes good food but with personnel like this I can understand why the place is always empty. Take this information and do with it what you may, maybe you could take a look at schlotskys and see what customer service is all about
