Well, now McPartlon roofing will be on my roof for the 3rd time in 3 years. They can't seem to get it right, and mostly ask for money despite having a 10 year warranty. I've had significant damage to my drywall and other items in my house because of their inability to actually install a roof that doesn't leak. Getting them to call back seems another problem. Brian the owner tends to hide from guys like me. If they were mature enough to respond, I wouldn't feel compelled to give them these reviews. After countless and never ending frustration with this firm, I feel obligated to share with my fellow home owners my experience with these clowns.
They did a really good job. They helped me wrangle with my insurance company to get the company to pay for the new roof because the old roof had been damaged by hail. They showed up on time. And they fixed the roof when there was an issue at the end without complaining or trying to charge me more. My only complaint would be that they needed someone who spoke better English as part of the crew on the job every day. Communication with the crew to try to understand what they were doing and ask for modifications was difficult.
Very great company, I have only had great service coming from this company. I will recommend this company to all of my neighbors, friends and family. They have great office staff and the owner is great too he is available when I had asked for him.
This was a sound and reasonable solution.
My experience with McPhartlon roofing has been stressful and frustrating. I've been trying for over two weeks to get a leak repaired. The staff at McPhartlon has been rude, argumentative and has shown no concern for the damage being done inside my home because of the leak. I've been lied to saying calls would be returned and appointments kept. I've finally, in desperation, voided my warranty just to get the roof repaired by someone who does care. I have since learned that the roof was not done correctly originally. Dealing with McPhartlon is a nightmare .
