based off what I saw and the passed review that says the owner threated to knock out there tenants teeth I would like to caution people about using this company!
We had developed several leaks during the winter on our existing roof. We asked a realtor for a recommendation for a roofing service and Enchantment Roofing Service was recommended. They made us a proposal and after we accepted and signed the proposal they came within 24 hours.
Incompetent: The new roof leaked the first time it rained.
They removed the dirt and debris from our existing roof system and provided a 3 course seal on our roof, vents, stacks, skylights, installed a new modified bitumen membrane and put a UV protective coating. They also patched, repaired and painted interior blemishes in the walls and ceiling where water damage had occurred. A 3 year warranty was included.
Rude: Dominic, the owner of Enchantment Roofing, told my renter that he should shut up if he wanted to keep his teeth in his mouth.
Wish I could review their actual work. They were recommended to me by a close friend and neighbor. I called to make an appointment and they never showed up. Left a voice mail for the owner on his cell phone and also at their office and never received a response. Not very professional. Needless to say, I found another company in Santa Fe that understands customer satisfaction. My only suggestion is doing your homework on companies here in Santa Fe and getting multiple estimates. You'll be able to weed out the least professional contractors more efficiently.
Dishonest: Charged for 2,400 sq. ft. of new roofing when only 1,700 sq. feet were put on the house.

I was in the area of there shop and decided to stop by to setup an appointment to get a roof repair estimate from enchantment roofing and while I was across the street I noticed which I believe was the owner (wearing a company shirt) pulling up racing in and getting out his truck to fight someone in the office.....you can probably guess that I left...

Enchantment Roofing was prompt . They came out for and did an estimate when they said they were going to come out . Dominic assessed the problem fixed the roof the very next day . We had rain and no more roof leaks ! 5 star rating !!
