I got a thorn removed from my dogs paw for $4oo.oo. I took my other sick dog to them, and they sent me home with pills. He died three hours later. I went back the next day to let them know that my dog had died, and they tried to buy the pills back
If you have birds, stay away from Dr. Davis. She has no idea what she is doing with avian medicine. She wanted to run unnecessary EXSPENSIVE, unneeded tests and gave me a over priced prescription that did not help. She just wants to take your money while not knowing a thing about birds. But the is a corporation ran by mars company... I should have expected that. Since visiting this horrible vet a have found a very reliable and knowledgeable Dr who actually found the easy problem and gave me the appropriate medication that has fixed the problem.
The people that work there are so sweet! They truly love your pets and want to make you happy!
I have been a long time client, close to 20 years, and I have always received excellent care for all my pets whether it's been for a regular appointment or in an emergency. The vets and staff have always been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I have never had a bad experience. They have been there for me at the beginning stages of my beloved pets as well as at the end of their life. As far as I'm concerned, they are the best vets in SF. I highly recommend them without reservation.
