I have rental many Avis cars here and one Budget moving truck. I am 100% satisfied with these people and their customer service skills and attitude. The only challenge was getting in and out, but that was due to the city of Santa Fe remodeling of Cerrillos Road.
I'd give it zero stars if I could. My boyfriend and I rented a van and car dolly to move out-of-state - the van was littered with broken glass and the dolly was in such poor condition that it was totally unusable. We spoke with the owner, Tomas, the next day. He was incredibly rude - he seemed annoyed that we were upset. He claimed that he'd done the inspection himself and there was nothing wrong with the van or the dolly. I asked him if he'd done the inspection himself, then he must have noticed all the broken glass inside the van - he dodged the question, couldn't make eye contact with me, and instead accused me of lying and implied that I'd somehow damaged the dolly myself. He refused to take responsibility for his bad equipment or help us replace it, even though our house was only a 5 minute drive away - instead we had to call Roadside Assistance, who finally got someone to come up from Albuquerque, about 5 hours after we'd initially called. All told, Tomas' terrible services set us back two days and over a hundred dollars in hotel expenses (which corporate later reimbursed, thankfully). If you enjoy hemorrhaging money or are a masochist looking for a stranger to treat you like garbage, then by all means, go here and ask for the owner. Otherwise, I could never recommend this place to anyone in good faith. Absolutely miserable experience.

turned in a rental truck for family members move. We then rented a car for getting around town until our own car was returned from the body shop. Everything went well. Place was quite busy, but each person was acknowledged and attended to in turn with courtesy and professionalism. We were explained the options for the rental and costs involved. When we found we would need the car a few more days, the guys empathized with our situation and annotated the contract. Upon turning it in, we were once again warmly received and the paperwork was completed without glitches.
