Custom Craft did a great job! My car is six years old and the paint matched to the T! The body work looks great to. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. They are willing to help you out in anyway possible for you car! They kept their word and provided great customer service!

I would have to say Custom Craft is the best body shop in Santa Fe. I have used this body shop twice and I have been quite impress with the professionalism and quality of work each time. Custom Craft worked hard on my behalf and dealt my insurance to have my car repaired correctly. This shop goes beyond to call of duty to preform work that is better than industry standards. Custom Craft even repaired a small section of the car that was not part of the accident per good will. My BMW looks good as new! I was even more impress when they had someone come pick up the rental car and dropped off my vehicle once it was completed. It is all of the holistic attention to details that makes this the best body shop in Santa Fe.
Superb. Best price. Courteous service. Finished fast. We had "parking lot rash": an anonymous two-foot dent in the driver side rear door. Our one-and-a-half year old Subaru Forester. Our Subaru dealer recommended Custom-Craft, so I proceeded there for an estimate. Andy Vigil suggested that, when we call, scheduling would be two weeks out.
Exercising due diligence, I got estimates elsewhere and found that Custom-Craft was by far the best price, so I called up to schedule the repair. They set up a date a week earlier than expected, and suggested the vehicle might be in for about ten days.
So far a good experience speaking with them about getting my car repaired. Only downside is that it's well over a few months before they can get me in, bleh! But highly spoke of from State Farm estimator, unless they can get me in sooner I may have to choose another shop.
Surprise! The repair was done within four and a half days. (This includes some extra hood buffing needed due to bird droppings—we decided to get it done at the same time.) Through fortuitous smooth and quick handling by our insurance dudes, it all went easy as heck. Andy and Robert at Custom-Craft are great folks. Very highly recommended.
