They came and figured out how to provide wifi in all parts of our adobe home using the existing phone wiring, gave us a great bid, and then installed it quickly. Well done!
Our problem was easily fixed (but we wouldn't have figured it out ourselves.) We were given lots of ideas for improvement of our reception if we want to invest further, but there was no pressure to do that immediately. I am a new customer and needed lots of help with my laptop, including closing remote access to everything, updating some applications and deleting (incompatible) others, and creating a system backup. Taking this moment to respond to the service done to my computer last week. I'd like to say how impressed I was with Frank and the communication and attention given me in regard to fixing my computer and replacing a malfunctioning motherboard. It wound up taking over a week in the end (the new motherboard had to be ordered) and because of that, a discount was awarded at checkout, something I did not ask for. Consideration of such a thing is appreciated. Above all, the computer seems to be working fine now after extensive work was done.
