My wife's ancient malfunctioning iMac was diagnosed the day I brought it in. An inexpensive fix was suggested, but I opted to buy a new one. Being a hopeless Windows guy, I paid Dotfoil a trivial amount to set up the new iMac, and transfer the data from the Time Machine backup drive. From start to finish just 24 hours. The several people I dealt with were uniformly courteous and helpful. Very impressed, very pleased.
I have been coming to Dotfoil for the last five years for all levels of problems with my computer or iPad. Most of time, they have examined the device and solved the problem within fifteen minutes. On these occasions, I have never been charged for these short evaluations and corrections.
