We called Roadrunner on short notice to finish a job that another plumber was unable to finish. John V. was able to fit us into his schedule right away and not only get us the gas inspection we needed but fixed a leaking gas pipe joint in the process. The work required several trips as it was dependent on the Building Inspector's schedule, which is never set in stone. John was super friendly throughout and obviously knowledgeable about his profession. I give Roadrunner A/C high marks for being fast, friendly, and mostly accurate. However, compared to my prior four homes in other regions of the country, Roadrunner is easily 2X on cost, practicing so-called value pricing on an a la carte basis. Great if you have no concerns about costs, but otherwise I plan to go elsewhere.
