Derek from TLC called before coming out to our house to confirm what type of service we needed. He arrived on time, checked our boiler and made sure all the control valves to the different zones were working correctly. Derek then gave me a tutorial on how my boiler works and simple thing to do to keep it running in top condition. Great service! Thanks TLC !
Excellent! Even though he had to go out of his way on a weekend, no complaints from Russell M. Excellent, courteous service. This water heater install required extra effort. Russell didn't blink an eye. He got to work and did what needed to be done so that my family had hot water pronto! Thank you Russell and TLC. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Derek Bartlett and Russell Montano from TLC showed up right on time, pulled the non-functioning under-window A/C unit out of its sleeve; cleared out 4 dead mice and the associated debris; cleaned the cooling coils with a foamy, lemon-scented cleanser; and put the unit back into its sleeve in just under an hour.
Our Refrigerated AC wasn't cooling. It didn't wanna go below 83.
He was very helpful, efficient and professional.
I called TLC Santa Fe.
Russell M. diagnosed the problem. It's a good thing it just needed a refrigerant charge.
