My package says it was delivered. But it was obviously delivered to the wrong house. I'm trying to get help from customer service but all they said is to contact the shipper (the business I made the purchase from) and then the shipper can call them. I paid for 1 day shipping for a reason. EVERY TIME I use fedex I get screwed, funny cuz UPS made it here the same day with no problems!! And customer service is a damn joke. I've never been more mad over a freakin package. If the driver cant read GPS then they shouldn't be freakin driving. If someone "important" from fedex actually reads this u need to think about changing ur process and policies. I will do everything in my power to never use fedex ever again! The only reason they get 1 star is because I can't put 0 stars!
Worst service!!!!!! Took 6 additional days due to"weather" I even have video of the roads which I drove there is 0% moisture nothing but sunshine.
As usual, my shipment was not delivered on time. The drivers decide if and when a delivery is to be made. Use UPS when possible and save yourself a headache.
I gave 1 star cuz I couldn't give zero rating. I lost 2 packages and the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The guy who was assisting me was very Rude and impatient.
Very Professional, and friendly. As far as I can tell beats the poop out of the Postal Service that seems to care less if they waited on you or not!
