Now this area is trippy and it really is like a maze but a fun one! You can either explore visually but if you want to unravel the mystery that is behind meow wolf and the creation, make sure to read the post card in the mail box right next to the entrance you come out of. Now to name a few areas. For those of you that don't want the fun ruined, skip until end spoilers
Meow wolf....how to explain what it is and what it has in store. This is where hundreds of artists came to create a fantastic visual, emotional and physical experience. It seems something like a character in a TV show would hallucinate after taking some bad stuff!
Came here for the 1st time and it was so neat. There are so many things to discover. From trap doors that lead to different worlds to interactive laser beams that you can make music on. It was a very interesting, mysterious place. The staff perform dances around different parts of the home calling to what I think is alien life forms that have taken some people in their family. Think or make it about what your imagination desires..that's the whole point really..IMAGINATION! Would recommend and I would go again. I have heard they switch scenes around but I am not sure if this is true and if it is I am not sure when. However almost everything is interactive and fun.

The area is a full house built in with letters, clues scattered through the exhibit. You can enter each and every room of the house including the second story. Know that these rooms might connect to another location. For example the room under the stairs takes you to a alien type area! You have about couples bedrooms. Make sure to read everything going to letters, diaries, the TV, walls, posters etc.
Getting here is easy, parking your car is not. There is limited space in and around the parking lot. You might have to stalk some people to their car. The cool thing about this place is in the parking lot, there are food trucks scattered in every area so you don't have to go far for food. When you finally get to the building, the line runs out the door but do not fear as the line takes about 15 minutes to get through.
That said, Meow wold is a must visit as it is something so unique and different that you cannot compare it to anything at all or even begin to describe it! I recommend that everyone stop by and visit at LEAST once!
The room with the trailer camper you can go in with the chili pepper lights was done amazingly southwest.
Yeah! Crazy place..Great attraction for tourists and locals alike. An experience not quite like any other..
Once in, make sure to use the bathroom before heading in. A friendly warning is that there is no backpacks allowed unless it is a camera bag, and yes an actual camera bag! The gift shop is right besides the meow wolf entrance. There is also a area for kids to draw if meow wolf might be too much for them. There are no strollers allowed in the exhibit also. After you grabbed whatever you need, get ready to head inside! Now Meow Wolf is MASSIVE and it'll take a long time to fully see everything! We arrived there at 10AM and got out at 5PM! That's right it took 7 HRS to go through it. Of course that includes taking photo in any interesting location and the WHOLE thing was interesting!!!
Went on a whim and enjoyed it immensely. The installations were very well thought out and interesting with an incredible eye for detail. Make sure to open every door and go through every passage way so you don't miss a thing. I was happy to see people of every age there, and the nature of the venue encourages people to talk and visit. The staff was helpful and friendly with a special shout out to Stingray and Nicolas. They went above and beyond to help us out with a ride back to our vacation rental when we learned there were no cabs. Thanks guys!
The most amazing art experience I have ever seen. Words cannot describe this place and the mystery around the story. Absolutely the highlight of my entire trip to New Mexico. Make sure you have at least 4 hours to spend here as you want to go through all of the journal's and diaries and unravel the mystery. I promise you will not be to disappointed in this experience!!!! Do NOT miss this highlight of the city !!!!!!
