Normally liked coming here and was always treated nice till yesterday. Walked in with my empty Co2 canister and was immediately yelled at by a lady. "we don't bring those in here, take it back out to the other door" well I've been here many times and everyone I've dealt with is level headed and can understand its Co2 its not going to blow anyone up and the need to police said policy of safety concerns should be reserved for real dangers. That aside she then asked if I had an account I said no she then asked for my name, I said I've neve had to give my name to buy beer gas before and she gave me a thick attitude laced "really?" I said yes, would you rather I go to the other store, your competitor? She replied "uhmm yeah actually" I have 25 years in service industry and this was just flat out terrible customer relations. I also called corporate was given the local store managers cell phone number, left a message that has 24 hours of being responded to at this posting.
Well I'm very green at welding, I went into Airgas today, they were very approachable, friendly, and had great customer service. I'm looking forward to doing business with them again.
