I took my dog Rosie to PetENV on January 8th, 2013. 82 dollars later I had a dog with a bloody paw, blood on my car upholstery, and no response from the owner. She was "busy" and was supposed to call me back. Never happened. Worst of all, it took me two days to get my dog back into the car. I guess she was worried we were heading back to PetENV. NEVER AGAIN!
Had good success at ENV groomers. There was a mistake on our bill and payment, and as soon as they discovered it, they called and explained, and fixed it. They communicated again after it was done. Our dog was very well groomed and content when I picked him up. I will use this groomer again when I visit Santa Fe.

My dog was traumatized by the experience. She had bloody neck when I picked her up. they make u pay before u see ur dog. Never again.
