I have continued to patronize this place, because I adopted my dog there. I understand they are no longer hosting adoptions. They may lose my business.

The Groomers at Petco are amazing. Kimberly and Georgia are so awesome, your can truly trust them with your loving pets. They are so wonderful, our two huskies just love these two ladies. We will never take our two babies to anyone else. Also Jordan the trainer is very nice and we are getting ready for both to attend her training classes. Thank you Petco for having two great ladies to do a job well done. Thank you Kim and Georgia. see you next time.
Grooming canceled over and over and over again.
Went to grab a pooper scooper from here, 8/7/2017 @ 12:30. Website advertised it @ $11.69, instead of $24.99 showed our cashier Maya, I was in Google search she asked if I could bring it up on petco website, i was having trouble finding it, after only a min or two, the other cashier piped in, and in a very rude and unprofessional way, said "just give him a 2 dollar discount, that's the best we can do". I continued to try and find item on website which I did after probably 5 min, LOL. Maya, you were great, very patient and understanding. Top notch customer service! Other unknown cashier you could improve, maybe change jobs, maybe one that doesn't involve direct interaction with customers.
I have given this place many chances, but getting called before my appointment multiple times to cancel seems to be the routine. Even with new management it doesn't seem to make a difference. Last time they noticed that they keep canceling and offered 50% for the next visit. Only part of the grooming was given 50% off, so not even that was honored as promised. It's not worth it to rearrange my schedule anymore and attempt to give them a chance. I will go somewhere else more reliable in the future.
