They have super high quality products and personable help. My cat Larkin loves the frozen rabbit and Ike, my 12 year old golden mix enjoys the self serve, I mean, meaty jerky treats. Your pet is treated like a celebrity here!
If you need help picking cat food, this is a great place to go. I'm brand new to specialty cat food, and Tullivers has been extremely helpful in switching my elderly kitty from crap dry kibble to grain-free pate. The sales associate was able to look up which foods are which texture (chunky bits, shreds, pate, etc.), and from there advised which ones are bestsellers. When I got home I was ready for a week of fussy eating, but ms. kitty absolutely loved her new food right off the bat. And if she hadn't: Tullivers would have let me return any unopened cans.
