When I go in for an oil change or scheduled maintenance, Allen Shortle looks over my car completely, let's me know if there are any problems. If the issue is a safety concern or will result in costly damage the shop will fix it at a very reasonable price. If the issue is something the car can drive with for a while, Allen will let me know. I trust his opinion, and know he's looking out for my best interest.
Great experience with Allen while getting a pre-purchase inspection on a used Subaru. He was able to get me in and out within 30 mins, and was *so* detailed and thorough ("this needs replaced; this is fine for now but will probably go within the next 6 months..."). Super nice guy, too! He prefers you come by yourself for purchase inspections because he doesn't like to badmouth people's cars in front of them :)
