Thinking there was major wrong with my car had it checked by Mozart's and wow just minor, if you want great service for an affordable price this is the place to go

I came to Santa Fe from NYC with my 1972 Mercedes. I was a bit worried about having my car serviced here. Upon arrival, I noticed a loss of power in the car. Initially I thought it was because of the altitude; I looked for a MB service shop and had the pleasure of meeting Steve and Julie - the owners. My car was initially tuned, but still lacked the extra power. Steve was able to diagnose a small leak in the vacuum booster which was causing the power loss. This was something that the MB techs in NYC, as well as my local mechanic in NYC could not find. He was able to locate a new vacuum booster for me and the car ran fine. All during the time the car was there, it was kept in storage - not outside. The price was very reasonable for all the work that was done. Steve has had extensive experience with the classic Mercedes and is definitely the go to guy when it comes to having your car fixed. The shop floor is immaculate - which is an indication of how the service is done. I recommend Steve and Julie totally. They are good honest people who know their work.

Thought I needed new brake pads. Mozart looked at them and said all I needed was a new sensor. They were honest. I will use them again.

I felt it was necessary to take some time and thank Steve at Mozart's garage. I have been experiencing air suspension issues on my Mercedes. It finally got to the point I was unable to drive the car, I had done extensive research to locate the problem. A fix for this situation could have cost up to 6k. He called me the next day and told me it was a $7 hose and a couple clamps. He could have (like most all mechanics) been dishonest and misled me. Instead he made my day by giving me the great and cheap news. He is a standup guy, and very into what he does. I would highly recommend his shop to any one who cares about their vehicle and wants the job done correctly. THANKS AGAIN STEVE!

Being a student, I return home to Santa Fe seasonally. Mozart's Garage is a regular pit stop for me now. I used to take my car to a local Honda dealership, but realized I was being charged an arm and a leg for basic services and check-ups. They're affordably priced and provide excellent service, both during and after they perform their service. I highly recommend them!
