bought a 2016 Kawasaki mule pro fx in March IN early May for $15,000. the door handle fell apart. I went in to get a warrant replacement. They refused. Said I would have to go to Kawasaki directly. They made a $4,000 profit off my mule purchase and will not cover a simple door handle in 45 days. I went to another dealer in Albuquerque. They gave me a new door handle and apologized for the behavior at the SF dealer. John the manager at SFMS was the individual i deal with and he was rude and condescending. This is the second time and last time I will deal with these people. I would rather trailer my mule into to Albuquerque.
I scheduled an appointment to get a tire change on my R6. After riding 50 miles to my appointment, they suddenly said that they could not do the job because other jobs had higher priority. They wouldn't even do 10% off the tires for compensation. I cannot recommend SFMS to anyone.
