If I could give less than 1 star I would. If you are thinking of using sprint, DON'T!!!
Don't bother calling this store, they will answer probably once a day to a phone call. Ive previously called before with no luck and currently tried to call and no luck either. As far as the store inside theirs about 2-3 representatives with a line of 3 people get ready to wait 1 hour in line. No point in calling, no point in going to the branch. This store really needs to get their act together and act like a profesional sprint dealer.
I love it hear the staff is so friendly and helpful, and if I don't know something about my phone they always know how to help me.
The service is terrible, the customer service is terrible and never actually helps with anything. They are over priced and once your contract is up Sprint makes it impossible to go with another phone provider (this should not be complicated.) They avoid all problems and transfer you from person to person until you can't handle it anymore. I regret being with sprint for 2 years - worst decision ever.
I love this store! Yes sometimes there is a bit of a wait , but the staff is always friendly and very helpful! I will not go to any other sprint store, this store is the absolute best as far as the friendly staff and doing what they can for the customer! Emily is excellent ! She is a great manager! And has trained her team well!! Kudos to you emily!!!
Long lines ordered screen protector they said they ship it to my house never came.Then I was told would Arrive at store after driving over there to check on order because they don't answer the phone.(I bet anyone reading this if you call no matter time of day no answer guaranteed why even list a number)Was not in store after guy asked every one so then I settled for one in store just so I don't have to drive back. Really nice and polite people just disorganized and don't answer the phone. I blame corporate and management.
