Horrible service and customer service. They kept trying to charge extra: $20 for a Bluetooth microphone that was included with the stereo.
Good prices. The owner doesn't try to sell you things you don't need and the price is straight forward. No hidden charges or fees. My installation was quick and since I bought the equipment there the installation was free
My husband and I have a 1976 VW Bus and they installed our stereo and speakers with a couple extra fixes added. We highly recommend this place for your car audio needs!

DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE!!!! Recently had a remote start but in our vehicle, paid over $300+, it worked for one day then vehicle would not start and was stranded at our home. Called the owner and he informed us to take the remotes to battery plus to have batteries changed and he would reimburse the price. Also he would send a technician to check the truck at our home. Installation was done incorrectly and upon trying to get reimbursed for batteries the owner informed us that a service charge was waved so he would not be reimbursing us....which I feel there should not of been any charge due to bad installation and being without our vehicle for 2 days. BAD WAY TO CONDUCT BUISNESS!!!!! I will never do business with Supersound again and you shouldn't either!!!!!!!!!
When one purchases a new stereo for a Chevy, a special module is required to reconnect the new system to the old amplifier. Took a car stereo guy in AZ to figure this out for us.
Wow! Total con artists and liars. Sold me an incomplete stereo system that never worked properly. Everytime we took it back to get it fixed they shined us on and told weird stories with sleazy smiles....and didn't fix it.
