I did, however, have to take my vehicle back to them 4 additional times after they initially said it was complete for items that were not done properly, which was very frustrating.
My car was backed into in a parking lot. Auto Right Collision was able to work with my insurance. They communicated with me every step of the way and get my car back to me quickly. Looking at my car now you would never be able to tell where the damage was. Plus when I picked up it had been cleaned, both inside and outside. I was also given a very through and complete explanation of all the work that was done and all the costs. I know where I will go if something like this ever happens to me again.
All of the staff at Auto Right was friendly, courteous, and professional. For my part it was hands-off, meaning that they took care of everything. They handled my insurance company matters and called Enterprise to pick me up. Their estimated time for repair was spot on. The repairs were impeccable. I recommend their services to anyone.
This place has quality service, and exceptional communication. I think a person's experience with auto body repair has a lot to do with who they have as insurance providers. You get what you pay for with insurance. Auto Rite Collision Repair is a great place for quality service, and beautiful work. I've had them fix two of my vehicles and their work is impeccable. They even buffed out a scratch I noticed when I picked it up, that wasn't part of my repair. I mean, they're nice folks. Professional.
Auto Right did a great job repairing my 4Runner and it looks beautiful now. After my collision I wanted my vehicle to go here because of the great work I've seen them do in the past.

Shoddy workmanship and then a bad attitude when I complained. Actually broke the windshield, Eyesight, antenna, compromised auto tailgate and back window on my car while repairing it! The paint job had to be redone, and they were not nice to me until the owner stepped in. Of course this took literally over a month longer to repair than initially quoted. Poor communication about when it would be ready too. Every time they worked on the car it came back with something else damaged. They even left it dirty, and dingy with the headliner. If you value your car and workmanship, I'd think twice about going here.
