Anthony Sena was great! Very knowledgeable and patient. He found me the absolute best deal and I would recommend Tony and Everyone at Capitol Ford here in Santa Fe. Great place to shop, great deals, great product, and I can honestly say I will never shop for another vehicle anywhere else again.

Up until yesterday, I would have given the service department 5 stars. We have always owned and loved our Ford cars, and this new Ford Edge is no exception. However, I am greatly disappointed with our latest experience. Our car is one year old, always serviced by their Ford garage. Yesterday, I took it down after noticing small oil leak in the driveway. I asked the department to do a diagnostic and call me with what they found. My car was 100% driveable when I left. Just a very slow leak. When they called the quoted over a $900 repair and said we had a broken oil pressure control switch. A part that costs $20. The reason it cost so much is they snapped the switch off, leaving the threads still in the housing, so now we had to pay for a new housing $120 and the switch and oil change and labor. Oh...here's the kicker, my car came in driveable and is now 100% undriveable. It cannot hold oil as it is. To summarize, we took in a car that was driveable, minor leak, minor repair and when they broke our car we were told breaking it was part of diagnosing it. Really??? After a long argument, we came home over Thanksgiving weekend with no family car. They have dropped it to $525.00 in repairs. A $20 part, plus all new oil is $525.00? I guess I need to tell my boys to be mechanics at those prices, and stop telling my children that if they break something, they fix it as it doesn't seem to be the case today. We were so disappointed, we almost traded it in and told them keep it, but we put a very large cash down, owe very little, and the car they had comparable to ours we couldn't get into at the same payment. Very disappointing. All other visits, we left highly recommending their service, but this still sits wrong.
I take my 2005 F-150 truck in for regular oil changes and always receive fast service.

I first went to your store on Alameda there was a Manager there named Kevin. I remembered him from the last time I was there and he was a bit upset because I questioned why my air filter had not been changed and he stated "because we don't have to and it wasn't that dirty." I went home and my husband checked and told me they did not even check it as there were no fingerprints in the dust to indicate it was opened or looked at. I called Kevin and informed him of this. He stated I could go get a new air filter but I live out of town and did not go in. On Friday 7/23/17 I again went to your Alameda store at approximately 1pm and noted there was one car in the parking lot. I went in the store and Kevin was there again I gave him my key and reminded him that I wanted my air filter changed. Kevin stated to me " oh I remember you, this time I am going to show you what your air filter looks like." I reminded him that the air filter was never checked as there were no fingerprints in the dust the last time to indicate that it was even checked. He asked if I was going to wait for my vehicle or come back. I informed him that I would wait as I live out of town. He stated the wait time would be 3 hours. I asked for my keys back and my husband and I left as I felt that Kevin was paying me back for complaining or was being mean just because. I did not feel safe leaving my vehicle there , I did not get a good feeling and felt as if something would be done to my vehicle. I then went to the store on Cerrillos road and the lobby was packed, I asked how long the wait time was and was told on hour to one and half hours. WOW what a difference from what I was told at the Alameda store and no one was even in the lobby but me but yet it was going to take 3 hours. I waited at the Alameda store and as promised my vehicle was ready in a little over an hour with the air filter changed (believe me I checked) and I didn't even have to ask them to do it. They were professional in the service they provided I believe Jonathan was your representative and he was so nice and informative and not condescending like Kevin at the Alameda store. I will never take my vehicle back to Alameda as long as Kevin is employed there for fear of retaliation. Kudos to your staff at the Cerrillos road store, they were awesome. Thank you for listening.
The service department was top notch!!! In particular a young man by the name of Estevan. He was courteous and extremely helpful! I hope that he gets every possible blessing available. I highly recommend Capital Ford in Santa Fe.
