My salesman Fran Aquino was great. He helped me get my Cadillac and showed me all the features of it. I was amazed with the technology and really appreciate Fran and the staff at Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe. I would greatly recommend Fran Aquino for a new or used vehicle. He is the best! Update (dropped star): Going to service car, I was oil change but notice spot look not good was mess oil on engine, did not get fill water from wipe. And waiting been 2 half hours was done but did not get car wash told another more 2 hours time but very waste time, I am own wash. Never again!
While you might be able to get a deal from this dealership, the service department is horrible. Over the three years I've own a Chevy vehicle, I've lost count of the times I've called this dealership and "attempted" to speak to somebody in the service department. I either get a ringing phone, that doesn't stop ringing, or somebody that comes on the line and plays nice; "oh sir, we'd be happy to help you, I'll be right back...", and of course they never come back. lame. Even though I live in Santa Fe, I'd rather drive to ABQ for professional service. This place exhibits the typical Santa Fe "land of Manana" attitude, where they take their time to help you, if at all.
BIG THUMBS UP for this sales staff and their methods of taking care of the customer!! This week I brought a friend to Santa Fe to replace her totaled car... We visited 5 dealerships in Santa Fe so I can say that we experienced various salespeople that day. David Hill met us in the parking lot, gave us a very brief introduction and welcome and turned us over the very capable and energetic Jeanette Rodriguez. Jeanette was amazing. She listened to the needs and desires for staying within a limited budget. We took a couple test drives and without any hassle or pressure my friend was able to make a decision. Dave Hill was gracious in adjusting the "out the door price" to meet her needs. The paperwork was done efficiently and every one involved was so very pleasant. My husband and I have bought many cars over the past 40 years and while we've been in New Mexico only barely 3 years now, I will keep this dealership in mind for sure and happily recommend it to many friends as a good place to go.
