After having a not so great experience in the Honda dealer in Farmington, NM I started calling around to see who would give me the best price but also the best customer service. I am a broke nursing student so when Tony started working with my family and I to help me get the exact car I wanted and at a price point that I could work with, I knew driving 5 hours to this dealership was the best choice to make. Tony was kind, considerate and really cared about how I was treated. He had the car all ready when I arrived and we went for a test drive to make sure it was 100% what I wanted. GREAT customer service and if I ever need another car, I WILL be going here! THANKS GUYS!
Received a recall notice. Couldn't get through on their phone line for a week. Showed up on time. Waited for 45 minutes just to talk to a service rep. Then waited 3 HOURS to get the part replaced. I know the dealership doesn't make good money on recalls but that's your problem with corporate, not my fault as a customer. In the market for a new car but won't buy it here.
They will gladly sell you a car. But good luck trying to get it serviced, if you can get an appointment, which is impossible, they will rip you off, $250 for basic maintenance inspection and simple oil change. Total bs
Very New place, like it a lot better than the motorplex with them in the far back. This place is very bright with lots of windows.
I would definitely recommend giving these people a call instead of trying to dicker on price with the Honda dealers in Albuquerque. Although I did not end up purchasing a car from this dealership, they did show a good willingness to try to get me the car I wanted at the price point True Car indicated I would be getting a good deal. I ended up going to a dealership in Oklahoma City, because they gave me an even better price, and they were able to get the exact car I wanted from another dealership at a good price.
