I had to get the clear bra to my RC re-done and Steve took care of it without a problem. Steve went above and beyond when he was assisting me and I am greatly appreciative for that extraordinary service. This is the reason why I will never leave Lexus. My husband and I were just going to drive through Santa Fe on our way back to Florida from California and of all places to break down between here and California couldn't have been more fortuitous. Rick in the service department took such great care of us from helping us with the towing company, who were friendly and prompt, to getting us a loaner vehicle, diagnosing the issue, ordering our part and getting it taken care as quickly as possible, and, allowing us to hang out in Santa Fe for a few days...it could have been worse, it could have been in some small town either side of Albuquerque or worse, in the middle of no where.
