Never step foot into this place! I bought a brand new 2017Jeep Grand Cherokee and getting service is almost impossible. I have had an oil change (which you have to bring in because they don't make appointments for oil changes...it took 3-4 hours!) Others in the waiting area were there even longer. Since that time, my left rear turn signal is not working (tried replacing the bulb myself.) Again, service was horrible! The service department never answers their phone, they don't return calls, and I had to go get my vehicle from the lot without any answers as to why my blinker isn't working. I've been trying for almost a week to call but I cannot ever get ahold of anyone. When I call the dealer directly, they only transfer me back to yet another voice mail. I'm taking my Jeep to Albuquerque, at their service department answers the phone.
Apparently once they sell you the vehicle, they are done. My father in law came to get his headlights adjusted about a month ago because one was too high and one was too low. Whoever fixed it just moved the one that was too high down. It took 2 calls to service with no return call and then a call to the GM to fix it. I worked for a major dealership for 7 years and this kind of work just to get it fixed is ridiculous. The GM promised we would come in and get it fixed quickly and I've now been here 30 min and my father in laws truck is still waiting while service techs and advisors are standings around talking about non sense. What a horrible experience. Next time I will make sure my father in law spends 60k plus somewhere else
I have left messages twice for service persons to have rebate work done on my truck. No responses. Left message for service manager. No answer. Left message for general manager. No answer. It is unfortunate that this is the only Dodge dealer in Santa Fe. If I had the money and approval from Dodge, I would open my own dealership in Santa Fe and run this poorly run business out of town. Shame on you Lithia Dodge for having the audacity to act unresponsive to customers and potential customers! Remember you reap what you sow--sow bad faith and bad service and surely NOTHING will grow and eventually all will die. Next stop is to contact corporate Dodge to let them know that their brand is being tarnished in Santa Fe NM.
I am a single mother, and just had a superb experience at Lithia Dodge. I am an informed buyer who did my research and purchased a pre-owned car from Crystal Baca who is experienced, professional and top notch, and got a fantastic deal and great service. Their continued warranty was great too. They have earned my business and I highly recommend.
Service staffs are very nice here. They have a recently renovated customer waiting area with TV and drinks. WiFi is also provided.
