We had a terrific experience with Paul, who frankly came across as partner rather than adversary. Having just met us off the street, he encouraged us to take the car home, drive it around and bring it to our mechanic. This is not normally an experience I relish, but Paul made the process so reassuring, professional and dignified-traits I don't normally associate with used car dealers. I even curbed my normal instinct to bargain because after having done extensive research, I felt the price was fair to begin with. The team was terrific and followed through where they said they would. Highly recommended!
