In spite of having it serviced prior to her departure at our local Kia dealership, my daughter's 2008 KIA broke down in Santa Fe on her way to visit family in southern Arizona. Laurence Taylor and his service people were terrific. Had replacement part shipped overnight and the repairs were completed in less than 24 hours to have her safely on her way. The sales man Herman Gomez is a great man. The owner is a rude disrespectful P.O.S! Not only will I never buy a vehicle from them I would love to slap the arrogance off his face! He had the guts to tell me that I basically I didn't know what I was talking about. Because he owned multiple dealerships and buys over 100 cars a month! Kiss my @$$! And you can say thank you!!! Because if it wasn't for Marines and soldiers like me going and fighting for this great country You wouldn't have the freedom to own your dealerships!
