Very happy with the service I got. Forrest and Tim were really nice and not pushy at all. I felt really comfortable just looking around and didn't feel pressured to buy. The vehicle I bought was in great shape and it seems like they get pretty decent used cars there.
While test driving a vehicle last October I heard a strange noise when I turned the steering wheel. I was told it just need some lubrication which they supposedly took care of. I was in desperate need of a vehicle and told them that I needed something reliable because I am responsible for my elderly aunt and could not be without transportation. I was told this vehicle would be perfect because it had no leaks and the tires were new. I had no money to take it for a second opinion and had to trust the salesmen (mistake). Three days after I purchased the vehicle I noticed a leak and took it back to be checked. They said it must be a small hole in the radiator line and they supposedly fixed it. Two weeks later after pulling out of my driveway I saw a huge puddle of fluid. I drove it to the dealership and as soon as I turned off the engine it began to smoke. Of course I had to leave it there for repair, which they said was not under warranty anymore. Two weeks ago I smelled something burning, so I checked the radiator which had no fluid in it. I purchased antifreeze and added it to the radiator and it all completely leaked out, so I had it towed to another mechanic as I had lost trust in Santa Fe Motorplex. Come to find that the water pump was completely worn and I was told that whatever Santa Fe Motorplex did to fix it initially was just a band-aid and that I was lucky I didn't burn out the engine. Now I am told that the CV joints need attention. Although Tim and Forrest were quite friendly I would definitely have an outside mechanic look at any vehicle you may be considering, because I don't think they are forthcoming about any issue a vehicle may have.
Forrest sold us a great used cheap Volvo! Loving it!! Bought it 10 months ago and still going strong! We'll be in the market for a used car for our 16 year old daughter next month. You'll be our first stop!! Good prices and good cheap cars!
Bought a 2006 Forester and after a month, the alternator went bad. They had an alternator and installed it FREE and only charged for the alternator. Local and great people!
Forrest was helpful in finding me an excellent used Volvo! Easy sale, no pressure! Highly recommend!!
