I have been going to ISIS forever, but clearly Kim McCoy sounds like she needs some major mental help which is not one of the services they offer at a primary care doctor office. Go check yourself into rehab for the pills and eating disorder boo boo, I hope you get well soon. All of the staff at ISIS is helpful, warm, inviting, attentive, and go above and beyond to treat and accommodate patients. That said I certainly do not feel that the staff deserves to be wrongfully slandered on the internet.
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Medical protocol has been horrible. No patient respect, no care or compassion, takes forever to get a response from phone messages or emails. STAY AWAY.
