Doctor Freedman is another CHRISTUS St Vincent MORON. Office staff less than professional. Do they NOT think patients in the waiting room CANNOT hear their EVERY word? Brush up on your privacy manners ladies. Get it together! Doctor schedule running late. Waited 45 minutes for appointment after I was told to arrive 15 minutes (early) prior to my SCHEDULED appointment. For what? To sit and wait for a Doctor who cannot keep time? My life's agenda is equally important as yours. I should have been given a courtesy call. I do not have an hour in my day to wait for a less than considerate Doctor. I am extremely sorry I didn't walk out.
Doctor Freedman is weary, disinterested, accusatory. Perhaps it is time to retire Doctor Freedman? Or move BACK to Pennsylvania. You choose. Why would you relocate to Santa Fe from Pennsylvania at the end of your career? I'm sure there is an interesting back-story.
I've shredded every piece of ridiculous informational handouts supplied me by you during the office visit. Is this how you 'cookie cutter' your practice?
I'll be seeking self pay private care elsewhere!! AND I will be transferring to Presbyterian Healthcare Services in January of 2018.
Dr. Freedman truly is a man who personally cares about his patients. He will attempt to remedy a condition with pharmaceuticals (when necessary) alongside natural treatments. He will listen to what you have to say, and keeps an open mind vis-a-vis treatment options. Most importantly, Dr. Freedman recognizes the diversity of individuals on the phycological level and will not treat every patient as the same.
