Doctor, nurse nor technicians asked if i was a nursing mother, which I am, only to be standing there receiving exrays and theres a sign on the wall that says such procedures should not be done if you are!!! Then the tech said i could pump and dump and I must be having a 'Mom' day.

Don't even bother going there. The EMT that took my vitals saw me take an ice-pack right off my head, then she took my temperature on my forehead, I had just taken an ice pack off my head that took the fever down. Then I was treated by one of the docs, who doesn't know food poisoning, that needed antibiotics, from nausea. He could barely move his lips so I couldn't understand what he was saying. I had to keep saying "what" "what" and I understood his student in back of him clearly. Just don't even go there. Go to Albuquerque or trust yourself at St. Victim's unit. You might live thru it then.

I have always gone here for myself or my families needs. I have always recommended their services to friends and families, until now. I was injured in Albuquerque and rushed back to santa fe to be seen here. I walked in at 4:25 and they only had one person ahead of me to be seen. I waited in there and at 4:40 they advised me that they would not see me. I told them that I always come here, have Presbyterian insurance, and all my information is in their system. They still refused to see me, because they close at 5!!! You are only a number to them here!. Now I know why they are never busy. They truly don't care about you! Hurt and refused to be seen. Truly disappointed!

I'd say this place does not provide safe quality care. As a woman, I do not feel I was cared for or protected as I should have, as a basics for caring for women who's bodies can be complex. Dr. Lopez and the medical team here at Pres must lack even the basics of care, questioning and concern. I will not be back and will not recomend.

Our doctors office was closed in Vegas and it was almost 6.l and wouldn’t be able to make it to Santa Fe. So, I called PresRN to get triaged and into the system so that urgent care could fill a prescription over the phone. Called 3 times and was put on hold for 5-10 minutes the first time. The receptionist was extremely rude and told us they absolutely do not do such a thing. My son has pink eye and is extremely uncomfortable and tomorrow is thanksgiving. So, we’ll be driving to Rio Rancho to go to their urgent care tomorrow morning.

I can’t say we have had any good experiences here due to the front office staff. They are just awful. Unfortunately because our insurance is through Presbyterian and our options in Vegas are very limited we’re usually forced to put up with this place.

Not happy with experience from Dr. Lopez and Pres who had me do unnecessary procedures such as xrays, left me in waiting room for over 2 hours, then lectured me how he didn't want to treat me or prescribe any medication and didn't have results of exrays.

extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. i had an ingrown toe nail that was horribly infected in my big toe, and when the doctor came in to see me, she just looked at my toe and didn't even touch it. she told me "I can't treat that, but let me give you a shot and some antibiotics and it should clear up." well, sure enough, the infection came back because there were still pieces of ingrown nail in my toe, and i ended up having to go to my pcp (at christus devargas) and she immediately ripped the nail out and it was instantly better. this place SUCKS!! i was in severe pain for two more weeks than i should've been and subsequently had to miss work because of the pain that could've been addressed the first time.
