Shady billing practices. They never billed me for work done at Los Alamos Urgent care. Instead they sent it directly to a debt collector (50 dollar charge). I would give them zero stars if possible.
Getting MD orders faxed here was a nightmare!! My doctor's office faxed MRI orders twice that didn't go through. I had UPS fax orders that didn't go through. All confirmed. Finally photographed orders and successfully emailed them to a scheduler.
I felt like saying Look buddy, you're looking at a little extra work on a Friday. I'm looking at a possible brain tumor. Which of us would you rather BE right now??

THEN came faxing records release form to Colorado. Now it got personal. The man in medical records faxed it. It didn't go through.
I called to tell him this, request that he re-send it, and that there might be something wrong with his machine. He started shouting about the sent fax having been confirmed,
Great facility. Caring professional staff. Insurances are making it so difficult to get services theses days. I appreciate how hard Santa Fe Imaging worked to get me taken care of.

I have been going to Santa Fe Imaging for years to get my mammograms. The staff has always been friendly, caring, responsive, respectful and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!
We got here an hour ago and still haven't been seen and when we ask how much longer, they say "10-15 more minutes or you always have the option to reschedule" This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! receptionists on speaker scheduling a gym session with a fitness trainer
