Best physical therapy experience I have ever had. They provide one-on-one patient care. Can't say enough about the professionalism of the staff. Not handed off after 10 minutes to a trainee to complete the treatment. Wonderful facilities -- clean and excellent equipment.
The therapy was excellent. The billing practices are ATROCIOUS. They were billing me for over $500 for a one hour outpatient visit. Their billing department has been outsourced and is nonresponsive. Over billing for fake treatment is Medicare fraud.
