Horrible staff and service. Had to call in to speak with doctor on call and he was very rude, and just made it seem like I was inconveniently intruding, I'm sorry you chose to be a doctor and were on call this morning, but please do your job. Guess I'll end up with out treatment. THANKS SWENT! FOR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This practice is extremely well run and Dr. David Brown was excellent. I arrived anxious and miserable with a sinus infection and having suffered several episodes of vertigo. I was seen quickly and processed efficiently. Dr. Brown was incredibly patient with me and informed me of every aspect of treatment, the good, the bad and the ugly, so I could make an informed decision. I highly recommend Dr. Brown.
Dr. Shepherd was my doctor and surgeon for sinus surgery. He is highly knowledgeable and enjoys a fine reputation in the medical community according to other doctors I've spoken to. I found him to be interested, engaged, and personally quite friendly and affable, He took time to explain my situation and never made me feel rushed. It's clear that he loves his work. He is an extremely bright man with a busy practice and I found that when he's done with the issues at hand, he quickly and completely turns to the next item on his plate, usually at the end of an appointment. This can seem a bit brusque but it's really that he is able to focus like a laser on whatever he's doing. When that happens to be you the patient, it's clear that there are no distractions, and I appreciate that. My surgery was successful, and went exactly as planned. I highly recommend Dr. Shephard without qualification.
I've had 3 surgeries, 2 docs over 10 years. Well run office, grateful.
Rude staff and half ass care. I walked in and nobody was at the desk. I sat down and when she came back to the desk she didn't acknowledge me for 10 minutes. Then she rudely gave me the papers I needed to fill out. I was taken back by the medical assistant. Then I waited for the Dr. for 25 minutes without any explanation. Finally Dr. Love came in and gave me a check up at 90 miles per hour. She only looked at my nose for a microsecond and decided I needed surgery. Before I knew it I was scheduled for 6 separate appts for various things. I ended up canceling everything once I got home and had time to think about it. When I called to cancel, I was on hold for 14 minutes before my call was ever answered. I will be going to ABQ for my future appts as I have already experienced a great deal of professionalism there.
