Rude personnel they live a message then I called back and rude person in a hurry asking for insurance information and if you answer something that don't want to hear they don't have the courtesy to say excuse me sir I would only need certain information instead I got IM ONLY NEED INSURANCE INFORMATION THATS ALL I NEED. That's what I call ghetto. Not professional way to handle human relations
I am so grateful for the care I received yesterday. Everyone who interacted with me was helpful, precise, concerned, took the time I needed to answer all my many questions. In the OR, I was blown away by the support I received for my choice not to use anasthesia. Without all the help from Betsy, Jim and Dr. Dooley, I certainly would not have achieved my aim! My gratitude is immense. Keep up the great work and the culture of care you have achieved!
I had a wonderful experience at the Endoscopy Center yesterday when I went to get a colonoscopy. No one really looks forward to this, and I am no exception. However, the intake people were courteous, kind and knowledgeable. The procedure under Dr. Hertz was exemplary. When it was over, I got a detailed report and thank God a clean bill of health. Thank you E. Center.
Hell for those who drive patients here. No wifi in 2014? Seriously? At a place where the sign reads "Drivers must stay in the building". (What, they can't just get the driver's phone number?) Old outdated magazines. Stupid daytime TV and the volume is up. Another sign, "No cell phones." So bring a book!.
From the only two previous reviews I am reading, things must have really changed for the better. The staff that handled me for my procedure, etc. were wonderful & caring. I've had only good experiences - helpful and friendly - with staff on the phone as well.
